Never Too Far

Before anything else I want to say that this is not the first time I read the book. In fact, I lost count already of the time the number of times I read this book (or this series actually). See those memes about wanting to forget that you read a book so that you can read it like the first time? I never want that. For me a good book will give you the same feelings no matter how many times you read it. And this book is just like that.

I still love Blaire’s character. She's resilient, and she's too good to be true. She's probably the strongest (fictional) woman I’ve met who doesn't need to be stubborn to show it. And to put up with Nan like that?
Rush – not so much anymore. He did everything he could to win Blaire back, and to just leave her like that? Ugh. I hated him. I wished Blaire had just left him and went live alone, just like what she planned before.
I like the story on this book. Everything from Blaire's pregnancy to Abe’s confession – I loved it. And the whole Woods sweeping in to save the day and Jimmy’s humor made the book fun. But what I loved the most with this book is how easy it can make me cry. No matter how many times I read it, the part of Abe’s confession still makes me teary, as well as Blaire's thoughts. The way the words were written – it will make you feel what Blaire was feeling so you get hurt the way she's hurting.
This book gets 5 stars.
