You Were Mine

For me, this book gets 4 stars.

Bethy is on a destruction mode, and I think she should've told Jace the truth while she can. Jace obviously fell head over heels for her and will accept whatever she's hiding. Also, I share the same emotion with Woods when Jace drowned. Jace is one of the good guys in Rosemary Beach and I was hoping to read his story.
Tripp’s actions and decisions while he was young(ish) is acceptable, although if he had explained everything first with Bethy, then they wouldn't have to go through a lot of pain.
Overall, the characters are ok, though I wished Bethy wasn't that exhausting to read, the plot and the pacing is ok, though I (personally) needed more to be convinced of their love, and the ending is fine as well.

4 stars.
