Kiro’s Emily

This book shows the 2 sides of Kiro that I already know; the rockstar side who is all about alcohol and sex; and the faithful husband side, which happens when Emily is involved.

Emily is like Blaire, Harlow and Reese- a naïve innocent girl who cares about other people more than they care for themselves. And like Rush, Grant and Mase, Kiro was drawn to her.

Kiro was everything the other books portrayed him; a rockstar legend who doesn't care much about the girls which changed as soon as he met Emily.

The book is about Kiro's past, why he is what he is now (actually he’s already like that before, pre-Emily), why he changed, and the biggest turning point of his life.

I love reading about Mase and Rush. I wonder if Maryann talked to Mase about Emily and how she was able to convince Kiro to recognize Mase as his son? Or if Dean told stories to Rush about how Emily looked after him when he was a kid?

The ending, well, it ended with Emily’s current condition which is tragic, but their love story is beautiful so I will still give this 5 stars.
