Bad for You

Reread: November 27, 2016

This one is unexpected.

Krit’s character is sort of like a ticking bomb just waiting to explode. And Blythe- well I don't understand her at first. I mean, yes, her childhood is bad, but she's naïve in a weird way. I don't know how someone's past can affect a person’s personality like that.

The plot is just like Amanda and Preston’s, where an innocent girl falls in love with a player; the only difference is that Krit has ADHD and Blythe has some lonely past that affected how she interact with other people. Also there were few surprising twists, like Link being engaged, Britt’s pregnancy, and the minister being Blythe’s dad.

I love the pace on how they fell in love. Krit took time and didn't force Blythe into doing the act, recognizing immediately that she needed help and that she was too innocent, and they tried the friendship thing first (although like any other stories, it doesn't really work out).

I also love the ending. One thing about Krit and Blythe is that they both see and let each other see who they really were. They understood each other's behavior that's why they don't need much groveling to be back together. They simple fit.

4 stars to this book. :)
