Frenched

I love this book and so lucky to come across this on Amazon.
This book is about Mia who was supposed to get married but a week before the big day, her fiancé broke things off via text. Then she went to Paris alone, which was supposed to be their honeymoon trip, where she met Lucas.
Characters
I like Mia’s character. I can understand why she would rather mope around during the first part of the book, and why she felt fear and hesitation during her first day in Paris. I wouldn't know what to do myself if I were in her shoes. (Though I wouldn't second guess on going to Paris- it's my dream country to visit too).
Lucas is hot and honest and smart, and boy, did he has sexy fantasies too. He was a good guy to offer giving Mia a tour, and was honest enough that he don't want to get married.
Plot
The plot is insane. How Mia remained sane when that almost wedding fiasco happened is beyond me. Seriously, I don't know what to do if that happen to me. Maybe I’ll go all Amazonian and let him know who he messed up with. Lol
Pace
The way the author wrote the story made me feel that the pace is perfect- not rushed, not unrealistic, but fated. There was a connection- a stranger trying to help another, then the friendship blossomed, until the attraction grew and sparks came flying (including clothes).
Ending
My most favorite part of the story is the groveling, when Lucas told Mia “… Can't we at least try?”
Swooning.
From someone who doesn't want to get married to someone begging to at least give it a try despite their differences and the distance – I am in love with Lucas.
Overall, 5 points.
