Once She Dreamed Part 2

Here's my review for Part 2.
Warning – Spoilers.
I tried not to say anything on my bookstagram page but here, you've been warned.
Sammy wasn't as annoying as she was on Part 1 (there, I said it- she was annoying). This time, she knew whom she wanted, and what her place is on the new world, and eventually realized the mess that she's into.
Hale was finally revealed as a bad guy. I knew when he suddenly wanted Sammy to change her clothes that he's nothing but a prick.
And Ezra. Did anyone see that coming? I swear I read past Nan's name without noticing it, but when he mentioned Major and something about being dead, I had to go back read the entire page, and squealed (never thought that would be possible). Abbi must've been secretly laughing at us, knowing that when the truth will be revealed, everyone will be frantic and be on their phone joining the discussion room to find other people who are also gushing about that twist. That's what I actually did, lol.
The ending was unexpected, and I read a lot of review that were unhappy with how the story was concluded, but personally, I loved it. Granted I want Sammy to be Ezra, but Ezra letting Sammy go is as selfless as someone in love can be. Just like what Sammy's mom told her, there's nothing impossible when it's right.
Overall, I love this book, even more than the Part 1, and I'm giving it 4.5 stars.
