My Christmas Fiancé

This is one those books that are really good reads. Though it didn't make my Top Faves, I’m sure I'll reread this soon.

The characters are amazing, though there were times that they seem still hung up on their exes. Stratton is obviously attracted to Meg but was gentleman enough not to make a move. What I didn't like is how he would always compare Meg to Natalie, and how Meg would always feel insecure. I love their banters though, they were witty and sexy.

The plot is ok, I had doubts at first how they would pull it off since Meg is married, but when it was revealed that she's not, the rest became obvious. The fiancé for hire is sort of cheesy but I guess what made it bearable is how the 2 characters interact. There is chemistry between them.

The ending is fine, though personally I would've love it when it involves s baby and Stratton changing his mind, but I guess it's realistic that sometimes fear gets in the way, so there.

Overall, decent read, few cheesy lines but the characters and their banters are enjoyable so 3.5 stars.
